Crowns & Dumbbells offers services including but not limited to:
Fitness coaching
Pageant coaching
Wellness and confidence coaching
Posing guidance
Stage preparation
Hair and makeup services
Virtual and in-person sessions
Educational and motivational content
Services may evolve or change at any time.

2. Client Responsibility
Clients understand that participation in fitness, wellness, or coaching services is voluntary and may involve physical activity. By participating, clients confirm they are medically capable of engaging in these activities.
Clients are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any fitness or wellness program.
Crowns & Dumbbells is not responsible for injuries, health complications, allergic reactions, or outcomes related to participation in services.

3. Coaching Disclaimer
Crowns & Dumbbells provides coaching, guidance, motivation, and educational support only.
We do not provide:
Medical advice
Psychiatric treatment
Therapy or counselling services
Nutritional prescriptions
Guaranteed pageant placements or titles
Results vary based on individual effort, commitment, health, and circumstances.

4. Payments & Booking
Full or partial payment may be required to secure bookings.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

5. Cancellation Policy
We respectfully ask clients to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in:
Loss of deposit
Session forfeiture
Cancellation fees at our discretion
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Client Conduct
Crowns & Dumbbells is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive environment.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, inappropriate conduct, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Media & Promotional Content
Client photos, testimonials, videos, or transformations will only be shared publicly with consent.
Clients who agree to promotional use may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property
All branding, materials, logos, programs, documents, graphics, coaching content, and media created by Crowns & Dumbbells remain the intellectual property of Crowns & Dumbbells unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Crowns & Dumbbells and its representatives shall not be held liable for:
Injuries or physical complications
Emotional distress
Losses or damages
Allergic reactions
Dissatisfaction with outcomes
Third-party service issues
Participation in services is at the client’s own risk.
