Refund Policy

At Crowns & Dumbbells Fitness & Pageant Coaching, we value your time, trust, and commitment. Due to the personalized nature of our services, the following Refund Policy applies to all bookings, coaching sessions, packages, and services.

1. Coaching Services

All coaching services, including fitness coaching, pageant coaching, posing sessions, consultations, and virtual coaching, are non-refundable once purchased or booked.

This policy exists because time, preparation, scheduling, and individualized planning begin immediately upon booking.

2. Deposits

Deposits used to secure appointments, glam services, coaching packages, or event bookings are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferable to a rescheduled appointment at the discretion of Crowns & Dumbbells if sufficient notice is provided.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.

While we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, availability is not guaranteed.

Repeated cancellations or last-minute rescheduling may result in forfeited sessions or refusal of future bookings.

4. Missed Appointments / No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

5. Packages & Programs

Coaching packages, transformation programs, pageant prep programs, and multi-session bundles are non-refundable once purchased.

Unused sessions may expire according to the package terms provided at booking.

6. Digital Products & Customized Materials

Any digital products, customized plans, guides, routines, documents, or personalized coaching materials are non-refundable due to their immediate access and customized nature.

7. Exceptions

Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Crowns & Dumbbells. Approval is not guaranteed.

8. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate unwarranted payment disputes or chargebacks for services rendered, scheduled time, completed sessions, or agreed-upon policies.
